How it works
We aim to deploy teams of two to five nurses for a minimum of one month. This team includes a team leader who will ensure that each team member shows up on time, receives their assignments, delivers excellent care, and communicates well with your nursing leaders and staff. This team leader will serve as a problem solver and point of contact. We strive to build and train a team that will meet your patient and facility needs.
