Will it cost you or save you labor cost?
Fill routine shifts with your facility nurses at facility rates. Use the Trusted team of nurses to fill what would normally be expensive overtime and double-time shifts if worked by your staff. This gives your team members the chance to rest and avoid burnout. Depending on your average base wages, you will likely save on labor cost by using our teams.
We pride ourselves on maintaining transparent pricing: we will give you a simple spreadsheet to determine overall cost, break-even numbers and even outline cost-saving scenarios for your facility.
How it works
We aim to deploy excellent staff to your facility. We have the resources to fill one shift at a time through a live person who schedules who you need. But our preference is to offer teams of two to five nurses for a minimum of one month. This team includes a team leader who will ensure that each team member shows up on time, receives their assignments, delivers excellent care, and communicates well with your nursing leaders and staff. This team leader will serve as a problem solver and point of contact. We strive to build and train a team that will meet your patient and facility needs.
